Address Verifier ("we", "us") is a pre-launch product. This summary describes how we intend to handle data; a full policy will be published before the product is generally available. If you have questions, email [email protected].
Information we process
Waitlist. If you join our waitlist we collect the email address you submit, solely to notify you about launch. We do not sell it or use it for unrelated marketing.
Address validation (after launch). When a merchant installs the app, we process the shipping-address fields needed to verify deliverability (street, city, postal code, region, country). We use this only to return a validation result and to operate the service.
What we don't do
We do not sell personal data. We do not use customer addresses to build advertising profiles. Validation requests may be sent to our address-data provider strictly to perform verification.
Data retention
We retain only what we need to operate the service and meet legal obligations. Merchants can request deletion of their store's data at any time after launch.
